Shifting Gears

Hello Arachnids! 

In this month's blog post I want to talk about the direction I see my business going in and what I'd like to be implementing in the near future. 

I've been on a partial hiatus since the start of the summer with my second business opening for the season, but I've still been hard at work. I've been spending the time I have making prototypes and brainstorming new ideas that reflects what I'm passionate about. 

In the fall I plan on releasing more occult themed pieces. As you may have noticed, I've been slowly easing into more and more occult content with free daily tarot readings and sharing a little bit behind the curtain of my practice. This is where my true passions lie, and I'd like to reflect that more in my collections. However, I will still have plenty of items coming that are for the mundane side of my business so those of you who may not be interested in the occult won't be missing out! 

For those who are interested in even MORE occult content, I have something planned for the end of the year that is exclusively occult, LHP religious and magic based, completely separate from this account/business so stay tuned for that! My wish for Home of Arachne is to remain easily digestible for both Mundane and Magical folks, so I understand heavy esoteric content may be off-putting to some. 

With the release of my next big collection in the fall, I plan on raising some of my prices. As I've been practicing and developing my skills, it seems only appropriate that better and more ambitious work comes with a bit of a higher price tag. By raising my prices I will be able to provide better quality items and even more fun packaging! 

Another fun quirk I'm implementing is called "in the wild" where I will be carrying around promo cards with a discount code for anyone who sees me out and about and inquires about the business!

I'm very excited to share my new work and concepts with you all in the fall and I want to thank you all for being along for the ride so far!
